Durability

In addition to selecting quality materials, durability is built into the design of the home. Some of the features that promote durability include:

  • Slate or tile floor in areas subject to wetness (kitchen, bathroom, entries)

  • A grate outside of main entry, to increase the amount of dirt and debris that comes off our shoes before we enter.

  • Water runoff control

  • Insect resistance
